  At no cost to you, we act as your agent to negotiate the best coverages, pricing and service with the US and Mexican title insurance companies including master developer programs.
  We prepare a written comparison of the title companies proposals and will advise you on the best title insurance option based on your needs, tax strategy and timing.
  We manage the policy underwriting with the title company to quickly identify and seek remedies for potential deal killing title problems as well as coordinate the issuance of the title commitment and policy to match the timing and trigger dates of the purchase/sale contract.
